UNITY MALMO PROJECT HAS BEEN COMMISSIONED!

The city of Malmö in southern Sweden is set to welcome a new student housing project Unity Malmö, comprised of 5 buildings, 450 micro-living apartments, where FP has delivered 269 modules, total of 9671,9 m2.
The project has been commissioned on May 1, 2023, and it is expected to offer much-needed affordable housing for students in the area. 

Total implementation time of the project modular part, delivered by FP, was from October 11, 2021, to March 2023.
Flexibility of Forta PRO module design and effective collaboration with client allowed us to offer a solution for the roof modules that preserved living space, which was particularly important to the client and critical to project implementation. 
This serves as great example of Forta PRO technology and module steel frame flexibility to fit client desired design and irregular geometry. 

We are proud to have been a part of this groundbreaking project that will provide much-needed housing for students in Malmö!
