New POD Bathroom Concept

For one of the latest orders Forta PRO has in-house developed POD bathroom concept and prepared mock-up where structural frame for the POD for 100% consists of Forta PRO own manufactured frame profiles.

Forta PRO manufactured profiles provide independent self-bearing structure of POD, as well as, profiles can be used as whole building bearing elements, by necessity.

CLT (Cross Laminate Timber) prefabricated panels can be used as equal floor construction solution.

As CLT panel can be produced in the necessary floor slope, this solution doesn’t require extra time associated with construction of self-leveling floor layer. As well on CLT panel it is possible to technologically build a dry screed layers that aren’t related with material drying, therefore saving time.

Forta PRO built hotel soon to be open for its customers!

Forta PRO built DRIVELAB Hotel accommodates 150 rooms. The ground floor houses a spacious restaurant that can serve up to 200 guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lounge area is also generously sized and includes a combined front and bar desk. It is a public living room with a wide variety of different furniture, where guests can enjoy working and socialising. The remaining meeting facilities are placed next to the lounge area, and are therefore suitable for smaller groups having coffee breaks. The lobby and the main entrance are placed between the restaurant and lounge area and thus, separates the dinner guests from the buzz generated from the bar. There are seven meeting rooms allocated on the ground floor. A wellness and fitness area is placed on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It is equipped with a large sauna.

The project is made out of 150 modules, where the living area was 80% finished when leaving Forta PRO factory. The 4’000 m2 large building was assembled together in less than a month.

The Hotel plans to open the doors to its customers in November this year.
